Through this journey we will get you un-stuck and unblocked, allowing you to feel more in tune with who you are and more able to be true to yourself.
You may not know what you need to get out, you may not understand it and frankly you may not need to understand it, but Breathwork is one of the most gentle but effective ways of doing this without needing to understand it and when combined with my other modalities it becomes a potent and powerful mix allowingShe was able to lead me through the work gently and expertly. Healing and alignment, but deeper
In this 6 month transformative journey I bring all of my modalities together to bring you healing and alignment at a deep level. The breath will facilitate you going into a deeper state and will allow me to work with your energy to remove any negative energies and bring in anything that needs to be brought in, angelic healing and healing from the Ascended Masters will also take place. What else happens during these sessions will depend on what needs to happen - often there will be some crystal healing taking place, some Shamanic healing may take place, your ancestors may make themselves known and may have messages for you, light language may come in, whatever NEEDS to happen and to come in will most definitely happen. Every session will vary because your needs will change as you go through this journey.
The breathwork modality used will be dependent on a number of factors - if you are in person it is very likely that somatic breathwork will be involved.
